"The Starbucks was extensively renovated over the end of summer: it's clear that this was the maximize the online order and drive thru experience. It's as busy as ever and my drink took 25 out of an estimated 20 minutes when I ordered to be made but this can happen during the morning rush and I'm not upset, just observing. I was disappointed that the renovation negatively impacted the atmosphere of the location. There were lots of tables including a couple larger group tables where I frequently saw groups of students studying together, that's all been removed for on window bar to make room for a larger pickup counter. If the old and this new vibe were both available in town I would choose to go to the old one. Everyone is still friendly and my drinks are made well."

"I ordered two more pounds of coffee and I ordered 2 lbs of coffee and asked for it to be ground. Part way home I found the coffee scattered across the front seat of the car because the sales assistant didn't adequately close the bags (see the attached photo). Follow up: I went back again and ordered 2 more pounds of coffee. As always, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, they still do not secure the top of the bag securely. The bags are designed to have the tops folded over twice and secured with the metal tabs. It only takes another second and prevents spillage. New Follow up: I recently visited this Starbucks, and as always, the staff were exceptional. My previous criticisms were that the ground coffee bags were improperly sealed, resulting in spills. This time when I ordered ground coffee, the bags were well sealed and there were no issues. Thank you for addressing the issue."

"Actually this Starbucks while for some reason removed most of the sitting, it has the best vibes in the extended western mass that I have been. I have never walked in while not too busy and the employees didn't say "Welcome In". It is evident that they do their best no matter how many people they are trying to serve."

"Definitely a good and busy Starbucks especially as it’s near a group of hotels. Service whether in store or via app ordering is great; there were times the size of a drink was incorrect and staff fix it when brought up. Very clean location with friendly and upbeat staff."
